    The City Council’s Rules and Elections Committee and Energy and Environment Committee are having a series of six joint meetings throughout the City to discuss reform of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. During these meetings, the committees want to hear your thoughts and ideas on how to reform leadership and oversight of the LADWP, and will use your input to develop ballot proposals with specific reforms to be voted on in the upcoming March election
